Shipping and Delivery Policy

  • We ship exclusively within the Indian subcontinent, provided your pin code is accessible by our logistics partners.
  • Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  • Any orders placed after 4:00 PM will be shipped on the following working day.
  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
  • The customer is accountable for providing an accurate delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Time 

  • Generally, items in stock are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. This does not account for the time taken by the logistics service provider to deliver the item to you.
  • Based on our experience, we estimate a delivery time of 3 to 5 business days for various locations, though we cannot guarantee exact timings.


How does Nothing Before Store handle deliveries?

We ship orders via Blue Dart, Delhivery, and other reputable couriers.

What's the Nothing Before Store  Convenience Fee? If an order is canceled, lost, or not delivered,

we'll refund the full amount, including any online-paid convenience fee. For returned orders, the convenience fee isn't refundable. If you handle the return shipping, we'll cover those costs based on our Return Policy. For those violating our return policy, the Convenience Fee remains non-refundable, regardless of the order value.

Note: Order Value is calculated after all applicable discounts, taxes, and charges.
