Power Bearings Super is the all rounder of the range and probably the most broadly useful set we sell. It is the improved Red: the same sensible value, but faster, quieter, smoother and more durable, with higher turning precision. It is happy being trained on all week and raced at the weekend.

Why skaters choose Super

Super carries an ABEC 9 rating and a higher turning precision than Red, which lets it hold a cleaner, faster roll. It is lightweight and smooth, and it stays that way for longer between cleans. If you want one set that does everything and you do not want to think about it again, this is it.

Fit and setup

These are standard 608 bearings and fit most inline speed wheels. A standard pair needs sixteen. Keep them clean and lightly oiled with a skate oil such as Speedslick Pro to keep the roll fast.

Does ABEC 9 make it faster?

ABEC measures manufacturing tolerance, not speed. It is one sign of precision, but the smooth roll comes from the whole build. Super rolls noticeably better than Red in real use.
